Summary: We loved the location of this property. Plenty of things close by to keep you entertained. The condo's beach access walkway was new and one of the nicest ones we have used. The owners were really nice as the called on our first full day there to ensure we were settled in and happy with the accommodation. When we notified them of a broken patio chair, they immediately had someone responded to the property to pick it up for repair. Everyone in our party had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Summary: This condo was everything and more! It was spotless with absolutely everything we need and more. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an abundance of towels and supplies. Kurt and his wife we wonderful to us and we could not have asked for a single thing more! Views of ocean and pool outstanding! Thanks for sharing your amazing place it’s us! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Summary: We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

Summary: Property and unit were clean and well maintained and included toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Really nice, large pool with a perfect water temperature. Convenient to beach, pier and grocery. Ample parking on site during our October stay.

Summary: Our condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and so cute! The complex was clean. We Could see the pool and the ocean. We got to see a space launch, too. If you are going to Coco Beach...I would recommend staying here!

Summary: The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was just perfect. The bedrooms worked great for our family. We also loved the location. We could see the ocean from the balcony, as well as the pool area. Such a nice, peaceful property.

Summary: The property was beautiful! The condo was just as it looked in the pictures and we had tons of room. The pool was huge and was a big hit with my 8 year old. The view of the ocean was great and being right on the beach was the best. It had great beach access. We loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone headed to Cocoa Beach!
